INTERNAL PROGRAM MANAGEMENT
Wings for All is supported by staff from various areas within ANAC. Recognizing the program's significant social impact, the team has joined forces to optimize the use of existing resources for the benefit of the population, reducing inequalities and fostering the growth of the aviation sector in the country.
- Support from Senior Management: Director-President – sponsor.
- Strategic Management of Initiatives: Project managers – under the guidance of the heads of units directly involved in the program:
- Chief of Staff (GAB)
- Communications Office (ASCOM)
- Department of Governance and Environment (SGM)
- Department of Civil Aviation Personnel (SPL)
- Department of Finance and Administration (SAF)
- Department of People Management (SGP)
- Implementation of Initiatives: Teams from the involved units – led by their respective project managers.
- Periodic Monitoring: Executive Committee – evaluates activity progress, identifies risks, and proposes cross-cutting solutions across the three subprograms when necessary.
- Consultancy and Support: ANAC's Equity Committee – monitors actions over time and provides improvement suggestions.
According to Ordinance No. 14,234 of April 1, 2024, the following staff members have been designated to manage the Wings for All Program

- Maria Olivieri Caixeta Altoé - Manager of the Women in Aviation Subprogram
